For international orders, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, please email studio@kiorko.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.
