Refund Eligibility

We appreciate your understanding of the unique nature of on-demand products, which means no returns or exchanges unless there's serious harm or damage (e.g., defects, print errors, or shipping damage).

Also, please understand that returns for customer errors (e.g., incorrect size or color selection) are excluded from the eligibility.

 

Inspection Upon Delivery

• Kindly inspect your art prints upon delivery.
• Report serious harm or damage within 7 days of receiving the product.

 

Reporting Damaged Items

• Order number
• Clear photos of the damage
• A brief description
